The City of Maumee is currently accepting applications for the position of Municipal Prosecutor. The position is responsible for prosecuting all cases brought before the Maumee Municipal Court for criminal offenses arising within the City and within the unincorporated areas within the territorial jurisdiction of the Maumee Municipal Court. Individual is also responsible for performing all administrative and operational responsibilities associated with managing the Prosecutor’s Office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $100,326.31 – $128,712.79 depending on education and experience. Applicants must have a Juris Doctorate, license to practice law in the State of Ohio, meets the state requirement for continuing legal education, and a valid driver’s license.
