The City of Maumee is seeking engaged and thoughtful residents to serve on an interview committee to select the next City Administrator. This is an important opportunity for community members to help shape the leadership and future direction of our city. 

The Employee & Community Relations Committee will select three residents to join the interview panel, helping evaluate candidates and ensuring community voices are represented throughout the process. We encourage residents who meet the following criteria to apply: 

  • Current residency within the city 
  • Ability to participate in scheduled interviews and preparation meetings 
  • Commitment to fairness, confidentiality, and objective evaluation 
  • Interest in civic engagement and the long-term success of our community 
  • A diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints is strongly encouraged
