Maumee’s Natural Gas Supplier is Changing in October 

This is a reminder that the City of Maumee is among many members of the Northwest Ohio Aggregation Coalition (NOAC), which contracts with energy suppliers to secure the lowest rate for our residents.

NOAC has secured a new contract with Archer Energy, which will begin in October. Until the new supplier contract is active, Columbia Gas will serve as the supplier in the interim.

The transition to Archer Energy will happen automatically for those residents enrolled in the city’s NOAC agreement. Beginning with the September 2024 meter reading, residents will be automatically enrolled in the new program with Archer Energy.

Residents may be asked to switch to another gas supplier; however, for those who want to remain with the NOAC provider, no action is required.
