The Maumee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 5:15 pm in accordance with Section 1105.09 of the Maumee Codified Ordinance to consider the following applications:
An application from Custom Sign Center on behalf of Wendy’s requesting a variance to allow for additional signs at the property located at 914 Conant St.,
Maumee, OH 43537.
The hearing will be held in the Maumee Council Chambers, 400 Conant Street, Maumee, OH 43537. Documents for the requested variance are on file and available for review in the Municipal Clerks Office located at Maumee City Hall.
