The new beverage shop will be constructed adjacent to a new Wendy’s at Dussel & Arrowhead.
A fire in February 2024 closed that Wendy’s location and since then, plans have been underway to reopen the business. City leaders worked with their team to create a parcel lot split to accommodate the side-by-side businesses, which is an approximately $3 million investment into our community.
