JUDGE DANIEL G. HAZARD
January 1, 2018 – present 


The Maumee Municipal Court is located in the City of Maumee and was established on January 1, 1964. The Court serves the City of Maumee, City of Waterville, Village of Whitehouse, Waterville Township, and that portion of the Village of Swanton that is in Lucas County. The Court also serves the following agencies that lie south of the Ohio Turnpike in Lucas County; Lucas County Sheriff’s Office; Toledo-Lucas County Metroparks, Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, Department of Liquor Control and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

The Court is a single Judge court. The staff consists of a Clerk, a Chief Deputy Clerk and eight Deputy Clerks. One of the eight deputy clerks acts as the Judge’s Secretary/Assignment Commissioner. Our Probation Division has one full-time Chief Supervision Officer and two full-time Supervision Officers. The Court employs a Chief Bailiff and five Deputy Bailiffs. Our staff has many years of experience. You will find that the staff is very efficient and knowledgeable.
