Uptown Maumee came alive on August 9 and 10 as crowds gathered for this year’s Summer Fair, featuring over 100 vendors, vintage cars, inflatable games for kids, and delicious food from a wide variety of local vendors. Live music filled the air, adding to the festive summer atmosphere.

A special highlight of the weekend was Saturday evening’s performance by Uprooted, whose feel-good music and crowd favorite “Send Me On My Way” had the audience dancing and singing along.

It was a fantastic weekend celebrating summer, community, and local pride set against the beautiful backdrop of Uptown Maumee. We extend a heartfelt thank you to the city’s service, police, and fire departments, who worked tirelessly throughout the weekend, as well as the volunteers who kept the event running smoothly by selling tickets, beverages, and more.

A special thanks goes to the leadership team from the Maumee Uptown Business Association leadership team: Katie Pettee, Megan McClellan, Alex Schrinel & Maria Sanderson, whose months of planning and full-weekend commitment made the event possible. They can take pride in the incredible success of Summer Fair 2025.
