Senior Citizen Water Discount Program
The City of Maumee is pleased to offer water & sanitary sewer discounts to senior citizens and total permanently disabled persons within the City of Maumee service area who are enrolled in the senior citizen discount program. Please access the application below:
Maumee Senior Center
The Mission of the Maumee Senior Center is to create an atmosphere which affirms the dignity and self-worth of the older population by serving their physical, emotional and economic
well-being while encouraging their independence and continued participation in the community.
“Senior Outreach” Program
This program involves a regular visits by a Maumee Police Officer to ensure that the person’s basic needs are being met. It is extremely beneficial for those who may be “homebound” or with little outside assistance. Referrals can be made for assistance along with important information relayed to the citizen concerning transportation, scams/cons, garbage carryout service, etc.
