The Maumee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 5:15 pm in accordance with Section 1105.09 of the Maumee Codified Ordinance to consider the following applications:
An application from Woodland Homes on behalf of Heidi and Jason Sundermeier requesting a side and front yard variance to build a new home on Farrer Street, Lot 9 of Riverside Estates Plat 2 in the City of Maumee, OH 43537.
The hearing will be held in the Maumee Council Chambers, 400 Conant Street, Maumee, OH 43537. Documents for the requested variance are on file and available for review in the Municipal Clerks Office located at Maumee City Hall.
