Join us for a free community screening of The Street Project on Monday, May 5 at the Maumee Indoor Theater. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the film begins at 6:30 PM.
The Street Project explores the rising number of pedestrian and cyclist deaths in the U.S. and highlights global, citizen‑led efforts to make streets safer. The film features insights from historians, planners, and urban design experts, along with stories from everyday people working to improve safety in their communities.
A panel discussion will follow the screening, featuring:
• Nicole Fuizzotti, President, Toledo Area Bicyclists
• Mac Driscoll, Toledo City Council At‑Large
• Dan Arnold, Interim Law Director, City of Maumee
• Chief Josh Sprow, Maumee Police Division
Presented by the Maumee Environmental & Tree Advisory Commission in partnership with the Toledo Lucas County Public Library.
