Businesses have taken note of our community investment, and several have opened in 2024: The Maumee Chamber of Commerce organized and executed 22 ribbon cuttings, a 41% increase over 2023 in which 15 were either new business, new to Maumee business, new location in Maumee, or new expansion in Maumee:

Purchased the old JD Byrider on Conant Street and will be rehabilitating and renovating the building and property.

The Jones Hamilton Headquarters on Longbow is currently under renovation, investing about $2 million in that project.

The Maumee Events Center
The Maumee Events Center is at the corner of Arrowhead and Beaver Creek. Renovating an existing concrete building on that site.
UAW (United Auto Workers)
Renovating a 36,000-square-foot facility on Indian Wood Circle in Maumee’s Arrowhead Business Park. The project includes a new conference room, kitchen, and 13 classrooms, along with upgrades to HVAC, exterior panels, façade, and parking. Region 2B represents all of Ohio and Indiana, serving around 60,000 active members and 120,000 retirees.
