Board of Zoning Appeals 

Date Wednesday, September 11, 2024 

The Maumee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 5:15 pm in accordance with Section 1105.09 of the Maumee Codified Ordinance to consider the following applications: 

An application from Chad Buck requesting a setback variance to expand the patio at the property located at 2117 River Rd. 

The hearing will be held in the Maumee Council Chambers, 400 Conant Street, Maumee, OH 43537. Documents for the requested variance are on file and available for review in the Municipal Clerks Office located at Maumee City Hall.
