Municipal Planning Commission
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE MAUMEE ZONING CODE
The Maumee Municipal Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 7:00 pm in accordance with Section 1105.08 of the Maumee Codified Ordinance to consider the following applications:
•To amend or change the zoning from R-3 Two-Family Residential District to R-4 Multiple-Family Residential District for the property located at 2013 Key Street, Maumee, Ohio.
•To amend or change the zoning from R-3 Two-Family Residential District to R-4 Multiple-Family Residential District for the properties located at 1900 and 2029 Key Street, Maumee, Ohio.
The hearing will be held in Maumee Council Chambers, 400 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537 and is open to the public. The purpose of a public hearing is to obtain comments and input from the general public and affected property owners with regard to proposed changes to the Zoning Code for these properties. Documents for the application to rezone these properties are on file and available for review in the Municipal Clerk’s Office in the City of Maumee Municipal Building, located at 400 Conant Street, Maumee Ohio.
