Scott Noonan

Scott Noonan was appointed to City Council in December 2017.  He is currently Chairman of the Personnel Committees.  

Scott is involved in many community organizations, including the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Toledo-Lucas County Commission on Disabilities, Northwest Ohio LaborFest, City of Toledo Board of Community Relations, Old Newsboys, Toledo Police Athletic League, Labor Loves the Library, Labor Day Parade Committee and the Ohio Theater Committee.
