DESCRIPTION:PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE  \nCity of Maumee  \nMunicipal Planning Commission \nThe Maumee Municipal Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday\, June 24\, 2024\, at 7:00 pm in accordance with Section 1105.08 of the Maumee Codified Ordinance to consider the following: \n\nProposed amendment to Section 1143.21 of the Maumee Zoning Code-Signs\nProposed amendments to 1125.03 R-2 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT and  14 LOT AREA; YARD AREA; FLOOR AREA; BULK REGULATIONS of the Maumee Code\nZoning of annexed property off Black Road to R2 Single Family:\n\nParcel No. 38-12854 (28.408 acres) and 1.532 acres of Parcel 38-12941 for a total of 29.94± acres of land of real estate in Monclova Township that was annexed to the City of Maumee \n  \nThe hearing will be held in Maumee Council Chambers\, 400 Conant Street\, Maumee\, Ohio 43537 and is open to the public.  The purpose of a public hearing is to obtain comments and input from the general public and affected property owners with regard to possible changes to the Zoning Code and the zoning of the annexed parcel.
