LANDSCAPING & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
Sealed Bids for Fall Tree Planting will be received by the Department of Public Service, at 400 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio, until 9:00 a.m., local time, on October 1, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Scope of Work – The City of Maumee is seeking proposals for Fall Tree Planting. Contractor will plant 140, 1.75in caliper trees and 60, 2.5 caliper trees at locations specified by the City, which will be predominantly on the Anthony Wayne Trail in Maumee. The trees must be planted by December 15, 2024.

Copies of specifications and bid packets may be obtained by contacting the Engineering Inspection Manager and will be available for review at the City of Maumee, Public Service Department, 400 Conant St., Maumee, Ohio 43537.
The City of Maumee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to The City of Maumee.
