Scheduling of
events should be during Fire Division business hours, from 7:30 a.m.
up until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

DAYCARE
STATE INSPECTION FORM
Annually, the
State of Ohio requires all daycares to be inspected a minimum once a
year. There is a $15.00
fee for each inspection.
