Maumee City Parks
There are 13 City Parks and one launch ramp on the Maumee River in the City of Maumee with varying improvements and amenities. Some are passive, to stroll and enjoy nature or history. Others are designed to promote activities and it is hoped that you will utilize them all. Anderson Park located at the corner of Anderson Street at Craig Road. Playground equipment, ball field, shelter, basketball, paved walking trail and tennis court. 

 

 

Epstein Park located in Arrowhead Business Park off Woodlands Drive. Walking trails.

Fairfield Park located on Eastfield Drive at Fairfield School. Playground equipment, Little League ball fields, concession stand, paved walking trail, skate board / inline skate facility and restrooms. 

Ford Park located on the corner Ford Street and the Anthony Wayne Trail. Playground equipment, Little League lighted ball fields, paved parking, concession stands, and restrooms. 

 

 

Fort Miamis Park located on River Road at Michigan Avenue. Walking Path, river overlook, battlement remains from a British fort of the 1790's.

 

 

 

 

Gateway Middle School Park located at the corner of Sackett Street and Gibbs Street. Little League lighted ball field, soccer fields, restrooms, concession stand. 

 

Hugo Park located on Hugo Street, adjacent to Anderson Park. Playground equipment. 

 

 

 

 

Library Park located near the Maumee Public Library at the corner of East William at Jackson Streets. Playground equipment, two tennis courts, recreation office, restrooms, ball field and basketball.

 

Monclova Park located on Monclova Road across from St. Luke's Hospital. Playground equipment, shelter and practice ball field. 

Rolf Park located on Cass Road at Ohio Turnpike.  City Pool, soccer fields, eight softball fields, volleyball courts, concession stand and exercise trail.

Towpath Park located on E. Harrison Street at White Street. Towpath walking trail along the banks of the Maumee River with wonderful views of the river, fishing access, ruins of a lock of the Side Cut Canal. An excellent viewing place for the Annual July 3rd Maumee-Perrysburg Fireworks Display at Fort Meigs. At its west end, Towpath Park connects to Side Cut Metropark. 

 

Union Park located at Union School on the corner of E. Broadway and Conant Streets. War memorials and eternal flame. 

 

 

 

Valleygrove Park located on Valleygrove Drive. Tennis court and playground equipment. 

 

 

 

Corey Street Launch Ramp located at the foot of Corey Street at Maumee River. The City maintains a small-boat launch ramp which is free to the public.
