Administrative Assistant – Fire Division

The City of Maumee, Ohio is accepting applications for the position of full-time Administrative Assistant-Fire Division. Duties are, in part: responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Fire Chief, Fire Fighters, EMS Bureau and the Fire Prevention staff. HIPAA Compliance Officer and responsible for grant administration. Proficient in Word, Excel, emergency response reporting software including ESO, Firehouse and I Am Responding.
